Babysitting takes place wherever you are staying. This can be your hotel room, a vacation apartment, or another agreed location.You simply share your preference in advance, and the babysitter will confirm if it works for them.
Absolutely. If you’ve found a babysitter you trust, you can send booking requests to the same babysitter as many times as you’d like, based on their availability.
Payment is handled securely through Stripe and is processed only after the booking takes place. This keeps the process simple and transparent for both you and the babysitter.

Yes. Klein Keepers follows a clear and transparent cancellation policy. You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the booking, a cancellation fee of 50% applies. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are charged in full. If the babysitter cancels, you will receive a full refund.
If the babysitter cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund. This includes both the babysitting fee and the Klein Keepers platform fee, so you’re not charged for a service that didn’t take place.
No. Klein Keepers is a matching platform and does not provide childcare services directly. The babysitting itself is arranged directly between you and the babysitter. Klein Keepers does not employ babysitters or supervise their work, but provides the tools to connect, communicate, and handle payments securely.
